Shipping policy

We ship anywhere in Lebanon using local shipping carriers. Delivery time and fees may vary depending on your address.

Delivery Time

Delivery takes 1 to 5 business days depending on your location.

Orders placed during high seasons or sale periods might be subject to delays.

Our delivery times are Mondays through Fridays from 9am till 6pm, and Saturdays from 9am till 2pm.

We do not deliver on Sundays or public holidays.

For urgent deliveries outside our working hours, please contact us on sales@intaajfood.com.

The delivery fee is free for orders over $100.

For international orders, please contact us on sales@intaajfood.com.

We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) in USD and LBP currencies. We use a flat 90,000 USD/LBP exchange rate for LBP payments.

We also accept online money transfers through Whish and OMT.
